Transfer of grades for students returning from foreign scholarships is based on the transcript of records and is carried out by the heads of language teams (in the case of the English Language Team – by the deputy head). If the transcript includes lectures, classes or seminars in the target language, then this is the basis for passing the semester with the maximum number of points. The student must take a final/standardized foreign language exam. In justified cases, after analysis of the transcript of records and other exchange documents by the language team head, the student may apply for exemption from the standardized/final exam.
