§1
General Provisions
- In order to ensure the security of personal data and identity verification, e-mail communication between students, employees and other persons conducting classes must be conduced only by using individually assigned e-mail addresses in the uek.krakow.pl or student.uek.krakow.pl domains.
§2
Student’s rights and obligations
- In all messages sent by e-mail to CUE employees, the student is required to include the following data: name, surname, student ID number, year, field, and mode of study.

8) Due to the specific nature of the organization of foreign language teaching, the average number of students in a language course group is 20 persons, and this is calculated by taking into account all language course groups conducted in a given semester of studies.
Due to the above, the Language Center reserves the right to dissolve groups that are too small.
