Tasks:
- The date/deadline is set by the language teacher, with the reservation that this must be before the end of classes in the summer semester.
- If the tasks are not completed by the above mentioned deadline, it is not possible to earn credit for those tasks at a later date.
Test/s (1 or 2)
- The date/deadline: before the end of classes in the summer semester
- It is a necessary condition for earning credit (passing the course) at the first attempt (on the original date of the test) to obtain the sufficient number of points from the “Foreign language” course by the end of classes in the summer semester.
- If the student does not obtain the minimum required number of points by the end of classes in the summer semester, he/she must do so by the end of the summer repeat exam session. This is treated as the second (repeat) attempt.
- Obtaining credit (passing the course) in “Foreign language 2” entitles the student to take the final exam in this subject.
- The final grade for the course of “Foreign language 1” is calculated based on the total points from the first and second semester. At the end of first semester, “zal” (“pass”) is recorded, which means obtaining 60% of the pool of points for that semester.
- The test(s) is(are) MANDATORY.
- The final grade for the course of “Foreign language 2” is a weighted arithmetic mean from the current grade from the third and fourth semester (40 %) and the grade from the final exam (60 %) – provided that both these grades are pass grades. At the end of third semester, “zal” (“pass”) is recorded, which means obtaining 60% of the pool of points for that semester.
