Course completion is credited on annual basis: in each semester it is possible to earn a maximum of 100 points.
The student who does not obtain a passing grade in the “Foreign language” course (in the first or in the third semester) can still pass the course and earn credit for the the subject in the annual system.
PLEASE NOTE: A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR PASSING THE SUBJECT IS TO EARN A MINIMUM OF 60% OF ALL POINTS (200 points being the maximum).
- An additional condition for obtaining the passing grade is participation in the classes. Within the language course, two absences without certification are permitted. Each following absence results in the deduction of 2 points (from the pool of 200 points).
- Second-year students: Based on current grades from the subject and the exam grade, ONE final grade for the “Foreign language 2” subject will be given, based on the criteria within the 200-point scale.
