Key Conference Speaker:

Sue Holmes FIAB

I am a bookkeeper by profession, a Fellow of the International Association of Bookkeepers, and have carried out bookkeeping and payroll services for many clients.

In addition, for the past twenty years I have taught manual and computerised bookkeeping/accounts and payroll, both in the classroom and by distance learning. I also designed and delivered online Examination Preparation Workshops.

I have particularly specialised in Computerised Bookkeeping and Accounting qualifications and have been involved in training tutors.  My “Training the Tutors” Workshops were designed and developed to compare how the computerised accounting software and manual systems processed transactions, thus enhancing understanding and teaching.

I write teaching and learning materials and have held Chief Examiner and Moderator positions.  I have marked and reviewed hundreds of Computerised Bookkeeping examination submissions at both Level 2 and Level 3.

I am now nearly retired, living on the South Coast of England, but still passionately interested in helping Centres and Tutors to be in the best position to enable students to gain the most when studying my favourite subjects!

All participants will receive a set of conference materials
