 1.07.2022  Many teachers and trainers still operate in classrooms where much of the focus is unrelated to the real-world communication challenges their students will meet.  In his talk he would like to consider insights and perspectives from recent BELF and ESP research, as well as his own experience in corporate language training, and discuss an approach which melds these different viewpoints into something we might call teaching English as a workplace lingua franca.
